Jassaree "Jazz" Odom is a UX designer, AI strategist, and entrepreneur dedicated to helping businesses build better experiences through thoughtful design, automation, and technology.

With a background in UX design, user research, and business operations, Jazz founded Odom Worx Logistics to bridge the gap between how businesses think customers experience their products and how people actually experience them.

Her work combines human-centered design, AI, automation, and operational strategy to help organizations uncover hidden friction, streamline workflows, and build systems that create lasting value.

She is the creator of OwlSight™, the OWL Framework™ (Observe · Work · Lift), Odom Worx Academy, and Echelon Suite, a collection of civic technology platforms including Clayton Catalyst, an AI-powered Economic Development Operating System, and Lovejoy Pulse, a civic engagement platform designed to strengthen connections between residents and local government.

Her mission is simple:

  1. 2019

    Began professional journey in UX Design and Human-Centered Design.

  2. 2020–2025

    Worked across UX design, research, analysis, product strategy, and customer experience while developing expertise in AI, automation, and business systems.

  3. 2025

    Founded Odom Worx Logistics as a UX and AI consultancy focused on helping organizations recover hidden revenue through better digital experiences.

  4. 2026

    Created OwlSight™, an internal UX audit and business intelligence platform.

  5. 2026

    Designed the OWL Framework™ (Observe · Work · Lift).

  6. 2026

    Founded Odom Worx Academy.

  7. 2026

    Built Clayton Catalyst, an AI-powered Economic Development Operating System.

  8. 2026

    Expanded into Echelon Suite, a growing family of civic technology products.

Why I Built This

Odom Worx Academy exists because business owners were never told they could build the solution their business needed.

For years I watched founders wait for someone else — a consultant, a platform, a bigger budget — to hand them the operating system their business already needed. It never came. So I built the room where Builders build it themselves. That room is the Academy.
